Purpose. Using this site implies acceptance of these Terms, including the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy.  


Proper use. Lawful, respectful use only; it is forbidden to damage, block, overload, use for unlawful ends or for spam. We may restrict access in case of breaches.  


Intellectual property. Content is protected; viewing and private copies are allowed. Distribution/modification/public communication without permission is prohibited.  


Links. Third-party links are informational; we are not responsible for their content. To link to us, please request authorization.  


Availability & liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or absence of errors/viruses. We are not liable for network failures, intrusions, improper uses, or browser/version issues.  



Training services & programs (model described at /nonprofit)


Offer. Result-oriented training/services with price and seats announced primarily via the “It Works!” and/or “¡Funciona!” mailing lists.


Promise & guarantee. You receive more value than you pay or we refund your money. GUARANTEED. If you believe you didn’t receive that value, email support@facilita24.org indicating the service, date, and reason; we will process a full refund of the amount paid.  


Admission. We don’t work with everyone. We reserve the right to accept or reject requests to ensure fit with objectives and operating capacity.  


Activity areas. Transparency about the circular model: your payment enables (i) delivery of the training service; (ii) direct support to families affected by ALS through our support network; and (iii) the minimal operating system (coordination, logistics, social marketing).

3) Privacy Policy


Legal bases: consent, contract performance/pre-contractual measures, legitimate interest, legal obligation.


What data & why (summary):


  • Web/contact email: identification and contact details, plus technical data. Purpose: to respond to and handle your request and to improve the site. Legal basis: consent or pre-contractual relationship. Retention: up to 12 months after the request is closed.

  • Programs and events: identification and contact details, and project information. Purpose: to manage your participation and follow-up. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Retention: for the duration of the relationship and applicable statutory periods.

  • Subscriptions: email (and optional name). Purpose: to send you content, manage subscriptions and cancellations, and gather aggregated metrics. Legal basis: consent (revocable). Retention: until unsubscribe or consent withdrawal.

  • Social media: profile data and messages. Purpose: to respond and foster community. Legal basis: the relationship within each social network. Retention: according to your settings on that network.



Processors/disclosures. Providers (hosting, email, forms, analytics) under data processing agreements; disclosures due to legal obligation.  


International transfers. Only when necessary for service provision and with adequate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).  


Rights. Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent (see Contact).  


Minors. We do not process data of children under 14 without consent from their legal representatives.  


Security. Technical and organizational measures appropriate to the state of the art.

What they are. Small files that improve your experience (session, preferences, metrics, embedded content).  


Your choice. Banner with Accept / Reject / Configure; you can change your choice any time via the permanent “Configure cookies” link in the footer.
